Q: What is the cost of a new A/V system for our facility?
A: Each system that Hydeout Audio creates is unique to the clients needs. We have met with clients in the past and found out that so many other companies just dig in the file drawer and pull out a generic system, especially when dealing with smaller facilities and budgets. Q: We are looking into a new system but it has to be able to serve a bunch of needs.
A: Of course, as it should. We have always believed that sitting down with each department in your facility will help make sure your system meets all your needs. Thats why we always sit down with everyone that will have a need for this system to make sure that once your system is installed, it doesn’t fall short of its potential.
Q: We have current equipment but are in need of some upgrades can you help?
A: Absolutely! As with everything, over time technology rapidly changes making it hard to keep up, but the basics are still the same. We would love to come in and give your system a face-lift. We have come into many facilities to discuss using current equipment in an upgrade. We also would be happy to come in and draw up a plan that can be implemented over time, or as new needs arise.
Q: Our current system has a lot of potential but we have no idea how to get that potential out of it. Can you help?
A: We sure can! We can do both one on one, or large group training session, for your entire team or staff. Whether its full- or part-time users or even volunteers, we can put together a presentation and training session that will make sure your end users are good to go for every production. Our training team comes in ahead of time to get a full look at your system and than designs both visual, hands on, and documentation for your system.
